Find the 2.5% Zakat due on an investment portfolio you actively trade or intend to resell, compared against the Nisab.
Use the Nisab Calculator to work out the current Nisab in your currency.
Important: this calculator assumes your holdings are for trading/resale (bought with the intention to buy and sell for profit), where the full market value is Zakat-able each year. Long-term investments held purely for dividends/rental-style income (not resale) are often treated differently — many scholars say Zakat applies only to the Zakat-able underlying assets of the company (cash, inventory, receivables) proportional to your share, or to a simplified ~25-30% of value as a common approximation, not the full market value. If your holdings are long-term rather than for trading, please consult a qualified local scholar for the correct method.
